Our lovely publishing consultants are now semi-retired and are happy to answer questions and provide advice to authors currently progressing through the publishing process at no charge. Please note that while guidance and support may be freely provided, all publishing services and products incur associated costs.

Since the initial publication of 'Media Law for Non-Lawyers', many media guidebooks have been published in other countries (USA, UK, France, and Italy) but not in Australia. A thoroughly updated second edition of Media Law for Non-Lawyers was called for, especially in this country, when in 2008, a completely different film subsidy mechanism (Producer Offset tax scheme) was introduced and overseen by Screen Australia, which was established at the same time (merging the Film Finance Corporation with the Australian Film Commission).
I contacted Jules, and we worked together over the phone and by email, sometimes even in the evenings, to put together the revised edition of my book.
