You are responsible for checking all text, images, and layouts
You carefully review and approve all proofs before printing or publishing
If you supply your own print‑ready files, Angel Key Publications is not responsible for errors within those files.
The Client agrees to provide all manuscripts, content, and supporting materials in a clear, complete, and organised format suitable for publishing.
Our services include a limited scope for minor revisions and corrections; however, the Client acknowledges that substantial changes, repeated edits, or revisions arising from incomplete, inconsistent, or disorganised submissions may result in additional charges.
Any requests that alter the original structure, content, formatting, or direction of the work after submission shall be treated as a variation to the agreed services and may incur additional fees based on the time and resources required.
To ensure an efficient publishing process, Clients are encouraged to review and finalise all materials prior to submission. ---------------
Editing of any manuscript after the formatting stage has begun is charged at $65 per hour. eBook re‑uploads after approval may incur additional charges.
Clear and respectful communication is required. Angel Key Publications reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are abusive, threatening, or disrespectful. ---------------
Quotes, Payments and Work
Work begins once a quote is accepted and the required payment is made. Final payment is required before files are released or books are printed. Files may be supplied via email, Dropbox, WeTransfer, USB, or similar services. ---------------
Proofs and Approvals
You must review proofs thoroughly. Approval must be given in writing. Once approved, Angel Key Publications is not responsible for any errors that appear in the final product. ---------------
Creative and digital services are non‑refundable once work has begun
No refunds are available once drafts, proofs, or files are supplied
Printed books and print orders cannot be refunded once approved
Orders in queue with a request for cancellation will incur a 30% surcharge, providing commencement has not begun.
Manufacturing Errors
Manufacturing faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery Evidence must be provided. Reprints are supplied only for confirmed manufacturing faults.
Angel Key Publications is not responsible for any damage that occurs after books leave our possession. Books should be stored away from heat, moisture, sunlight, and humidity. ---------------
